Lifetime Limited Warranty

G String Custom instruments are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the Lifetime of the guitar.  Routine maintenance, normal wear and tear, and breakage of frets are not covered by this warranty.  We reserve the right to use materials readily available at the time of the repair.

This warranty specifically excepts wear from normal use, and damage that results from abuse, neglect, accident, or from exposure to extreme temperature or humidity conditions.  Settling of the finish is considered normal and is not covered by warranty.  Alterations, Setup and Action for personal preferences are not covered by this warranty.  Products in which the trademark, name, or serial number have been modified in any way are void of this warranty. 

Unauthorized repairs or alterations may void this warranty.  G String Custom performs all warranty work and we will not reimburse for outside work.  G String Custom holds the authority to review your claim, and make service, repairs or replacements as appropriate under this Lifetime Limited Warranty.  Hardware not manufactured by G String Custom is warranted to the original manufacturer.  Customer will assume and pay the shipping charges to the authorized repair facility.  Guitars shipped without a return authorization number will not be accepted and returned freight collect.  

This warranty takes the place of any other warranty, expressed or implied.
